The Boulder Park Model Cabin is a log stack park model that features a comfortable living area with wood beam accents plus a beautiful loft area. The Boulder is 12 ft wide x 44 ft long plus a spacious 12 ft covered front porch. And like all of our park models, the Boulder is built to ANSI 119.5 Standards and comes with a RVIA Seal. The Boulder comes as a turn-key package complete with appliances, climate control, and more.
The main living area of the Boulder Park Model Cabin includes 400 square feet of living space. From the porch, you’ll step into the living room that includes a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams plus large gable windows to let in all that lovely natural light. The kitchen is situated just off the living room, and includes beautiful solid pine cabinets, with laminate countertop, plus a stove, fridge, microwave, etc. This area also includes a full bathroom, with a 48” shower, toilet, and vanity cabinet matching the kitchen.
At the back of this beautiful park model, you’ll find the master bedroom. This beautiful room includes a window out the back of the cabin, plus a unique closet and desk area complete with barn style doors and hardware.
Just off the kitchen are the steps leading to the loft area. The loft overlooks the main living area, and includes a dormer window out the side that provides extra headroom, as well as some natural light and ventilation.
The Boulder Park Model cabin is built on a heavy duty steel chassis with a detachable hitch, that is covered with ¾” tongue-n-groove subfloor. This provides a solid base for the rest of the cabin. The exterior of the cabin is covered in log siding with rough sawn cedar trim all around. While the roof is covered in 30 year premier metal roofing, and the windows are Wincore vinyl, double hung, windows, giving you a quality exterior that will last for years.
