The Beck is the smallest modern cabin in the Modern Country Homes Collection. With 1,092 square feet of living space available, the Beck uniquely features all of the common necessities for this to be a cozy, small modern cabin.
The Bourn
The Bourn is a simple, relaxed living single-story home featuring a modern open floor plan. With 1,380 square feet of living space available, the Bourn beautifully features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large kitchen/ living area.

The Franklin
Are you a fan of the modern farmhouse cabin style? If so, then the Franklin Modern Cabin is for you. From the clean modern exterior to the spacious and brightly lit interior, the Franklin was designed to perfectly fill the niche between modern farmhouse and cabin!
The Avon
The Avon is a large modern cabin that features an aesthetically appealing, full-length end porch as well as plenty of large windows to allow for an abundance of natural lighting. The Avon also comes with a finished out 2nd floor that is designed with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The Tarn
The Tarn is a stylish 2-story modern home with a sprawling 2,136 square foot open floor plan. While the exterior stands out with the large covered end porch and the large second-floor windows, the interior is superbly designed. Even while being designed with an open/ airy feel, the Tarn still uses space efficiently.
The Tarn is a great option for a medium-sized family!
