The Park Model Trailer is our biggest Park Model Home. With a width of 12 ft and a total length of 44 ft, the Park Model Trailer is the best of the best. Built to the latest ANSI A119.5 Code for recreational park trailers and complete with an RVIA Seal and VIN number, the Park Model Trailer is ready to be used at delivery.
The Park Model Trailer comes standard with the 10ft porch on the end of the cabin, a kitchen/ living area, loft with mattresses, bunk bed in the hallway, and 1 full bedroom. The Park Model Trailer comes as a turn-key package, complete with appliances, beds, furniture, and easy access water hookups.
The Park Model Trailer comes standard with a loft area. This loft area is accessible via steps off of the main living area leading to the loft area. The loft area comes standard with 2 mattresses, there is also room for more mattresses and or sleeping bags. With windows on either side of the loft area and open-air access into the living area, you don’t have to worry about the loft getting too warm and stuffy.
Yes, you read that right. The Park Model Trailer comes standard with a 10 ft long and 12 ft wide porch, off the end of the cabin. Anyone that has been to the cabin or been to a campground, knows that it is really nice to have a covered porch. This allows you to get out of the rain or sunshine while still enjoying the fresh air.
Since the the Park Model Trailer comes standard with the porch, it does only have 1 bedroom instead of 2. The Park Model Trailer does, however, have a bunk bed in the hallway adjacent to the bathroom.
Enjoy a cathedral ceiling with exposed log beams in the Kitchen and Living room area. The Kitchen comes standard with a fridge, electric range/ oven, microwave, and an electric water heater. With plenty of cabinet space for storage and kitchen equipment, the kitchen provides you everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway.
The living room area comes standard with a table and chairs as well as a futon, which is a couch that can transition to a bed if needed.
