Zook Cabins is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Project Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of our modular cabin & park model projects. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you’ll be the central point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and subcontractors. From kickoff to completion, you’ll ensure every detail is aligned and every challenge is addressed with confidence and care.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing construction or modular building projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and coordination abilities across teams and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and work orders
- Comfortable using scheduling and project management tools

Zook Cabins On Site
Position: Finish Out Crew
Department: On-Site Crew
Zook Cabins partners with small, skilled Finish-Out Crews, typically one or two experienced craftsmen, to complete the final stages of modular home installations. These crews travel across the country to some of the most beautiful destinations where our cabins are delivered, from mountain retreats to lakeside getaways. This subcontractor opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on craftsmanship, independence, and travel. You’ll be part of the team that gives each Zook Cabin its final polish, transforming a good build into something truly extraordinary. Your work represents the final impression our customers have of Zook Cabins, and your eye for detail ensures it’s a great one.

Department: On-Site Crew
Zook Cabins partners with professional Modular Set Crews to ensure that every modular home we deliver is installed with precision, safety, and excellence. Our customers’ first on-site experience happens during the set, and the quality of your work defines their first impression of Zook Cabins. We expect every subcontracted crew to operate as a direct reflection of our brand, professional, clean, communicative, and committed to quality.
