The Willow Luxury Mobile Home is our take on a certified double-wide HUD home, designed with your family in mind. Exterior Of The Willow HUD Home

The Willow features 2×6 inch floor joists spaced 16 inches on center and ¾” tongue and groove OSB floor decking. This home breaks the mold for what you can expect for long-term strength. For consistent, year-round comfort, the home features R19 fiberglass insulation in the exterior walls, a combination of R19 and R27 fiberglass insulation in the floor, and R38 blown-in cellulose insulation in the ceiling. The R27 Energy Wall Package adds R21 high-density perimeter wall insulation. To complete the focus of comfort and efficiency, Ruff Wrap house wrap and R Foil reflective wall insulation are in place to enhance energy efficiency.

Horizontal black LP siding gives the Willow a clean, modern presence, balanced by vertical cedar accents that add warmth and contrast. White vinyl thermopane Low E single hung windows bring in natural light while supporting energy efficiency. Full light 15 lite fiberglass front and rear doors with no grids create an open, welcoming entry, while a black patio door in the dining area extends the living space outward. Exterior faucets and receptacles add everyday convenience, and a 100-amp hardwired electrical service with conduit supports reliable performance throughout the home. A high-efficiency Miller downdraft gas furnace rounds out the Willow, delivering steady, dependable comfort and the kind of quality that holds up year after year.

Living Area Of The Willow HUD Home

The Willow combines style, practicality, and comfort in a layout that works for the whole family. Wood-look linoleum flows through the home, complemented by smooth-finished drywall ceilings and walls, craftsman-style doors, and matte-black hardware. Throughout the home, solid surface countertops, painted 5-piece shaker cabinets, and dovetail soft-close drawers add functional style. The kitchen includes an Elkay E-Granite sink, Parkwood chrome faucet, walk-in pantry, and full-sized appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, freestanding gas range, and vented microwave.

Bathrooms feature 60” tubs or shower stalls, high-rise commodes, solid surface sinks and countertops, Precept and Xander faucets, and matching cabinetry. Lighting includes LED recessed lights, pendant lights, vanity lights, and a six-light chandelier.
