Zook Built is seeking a team member to fill a general construction role. This position is responsible for performing a variety of construction related tasks when it comes to building park model and modular units. Tasks could range from interior finish out, paint prep, exterior and anything else that needs to be completed to meet our schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Skilled in using measuring tools, saws, nail guns, and other carpentry equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and assemble heavy materials.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Motivated to Excel in quality of work that gets done
Position: Electrician
Department: Production
Location: New Holland, PA

The Electrician is responsible for the accurate rough-in and final installation of electrical wiring, components, and systems in park models and modular units. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and building plans to ensure that all electrical circuits are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Qualifications:
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and layout drawings to determine wiring layouts and component placement.
- Perform rough-in wiring and final electrical installations in park model and modular structures.
- Install, connect, and test electrical components including outlets, switches, lighting, appliances, and circuit panels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
- Perform quality control checks on all completed electrical installations.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Zook Cabins partners with small, skilled Finish-Out Crews, typically one or two experienced craftsmen, to complete the final stages of modular home installations. These crews travel across the country to some of the most beautiful destinations where our cabins are delivered, from mountain retreats to lakeside getaways. This subcontractor opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on craftsmanship, independence, and travel. You’ll be part of the team that gives each Zook Cabin its final polish, transforming a good build into something truly extraordinary. Your work represents the final impression our customers have of Zook Cabins, and your eye for detail ensures it’s a great one.
