Yes! All of our tiny homes are built to RVIA ASNI 119.5. This means they are designed to withstand a 70-pound snow load. So no matter if you want your tiny house in the heavy winters of Lake Tahoe or the warmth of sunny L.A. we have you covered.

Absolutely! The majority of our tiny homes are built with closed-cell spray foam insulation, though some use batt insulation. This allows you to keep your tiny home at just the right level of comfort, no matter where you are located.

*Log tiny homes are built with pine logs. However, the roof and floor are spray foam-insulated.

Absolutely. We deliver our tiny homes nationwide to your desired location. If you are unsure whether a tiny home will fit in your desired location, we can arrange a site visit to guide you on what may need to be changed to make delivery possible. If changes need to be made to your site, we would be happy to give you guidance on what can be done to accommodate the delivery process.
