Rustic Cabins

At Zook Cabins, your Rustic Cabin takes the aesthetic of a log cabin with the comfort of modern amenities. This means your rustic cabin can be hooked up to electricity, water, and sewer. These homes are available in both modular and park model options.

If you choose a Rustic Modular Home, you will get the opportunity to make many of the selections for your home. This means you can select the flooring, the cabinets, and fixture finishes. Additionally, you can adjust your home’s floor plan to accommodate your specific needs. This is especially nice if you plan to live in your rustic cabin full-time.

If you choose a Rustic Log Tiny Home, the finishes are standard in the home. There are some small changes that you can make for your rustic cabin, like the electrical package (50 amp or 100 amp) and some kitchen fixtures ( propane or electric ). However, everything else in the tiny homes is standard, unless an order of 10 or more is placed. Park model tiny houses can be lived in full-time, but they are typically best suited for vacation rentals or seasonal use at campgrounds.

At this time, our service area allows our Rustic park model cabins to be delivered throughout the continental United States. Whether you want the Pinecrest for your family, the Aspen for your hunting camp, or a Studio for your retreat center, these rustic cabins are ideal for recreational use. However, you could choose to live in them full-time if your state has regulations that allow tiny homes.

Our Modular Rustic Log Cabin line is available in every continental state except California, Oregon, and Washington. However, we are currently working to obtain the necessary clearances for our rustic modular homes to be sold in these states. We will let you know when we have received the necessary clearances so you can enjoy a rustic cabin from Zook Cabins in these states.

At Zook Cabins, what sets our Rustic cabins apart from the competition is the quality of construction and timeliness of delivery.

At Zook Cabins, all of our rustic modular cabins are built in modules, delivered to your prepared foundation, and finished out by our set crew. The crazy part? This is typically done within 1 year, or less, of the purchase date.

At Zook Cabins, the rustic park model homes are constructed with kiln-dried logs. These are then stacked to create a beautiful rustic cabin for your enjoyment. And what makes these homes even better is that they are typically ready for delivery to your prepared site within several months of your order, and depending on the time of year you order, you may be able to purchase an in-stock model that can be delivered even sooner.

Yes, your rustic cabin can be used for off-grid use.

However, at Zook Cabins, we will build your rustic cabin to its appropriate standards. This means that all of our modular rustic cabins will be built to meet or exceed your local building code, and all of our Rustic Park Model Cabins will be constructed to meet RVIA standards.

If you wish to use your cabin only off-grid, you will need to consult experts in their field to learn how to do so. Typically, this will consist of working with a solar company, a well/septic company, and a propane company.

If you plan to purchase a modular rustic cabin on your property, you will need a basement or crawlspace foundation.
