Premade Log Cabins Delivered To You
All About Access
Your new Zook Log Cabin will be delivered fully assembled on a trailer. This trailer is very similar to a rollback tow truck. Because of this, it’s important that we work together to ensure the truck and trailer have adequate space to and around the site. These are our recommendations to ensure a smooth delivery:
Access Requirements
The truck and trailer can be up to 70 feet long; your site should have enough room for the driver to get into and around the site.
Driveway Preparation
Ensure your lane is stoned in and mud-free on delivery day.
Clearance Needs
Straight sections of the driveway should have at least 2 feet more width than your cabin and 14 feet of vertical clearance.
Turning Space
Make sure there’s enough room for the truck to navigate driveway curves and turns.
Site Readiness
Clear all trees, branches, and obstacles in the delivery path.
Check our cabin styles and floor plans to confirm the dimensions of your new log cabin.
Our experienced drivers are skilled at handling tight spaces, but if you have any questions about delivery, don’t hesitate to give us a call. In many cases, we will ask you to send photos of the site to help us better understand the layout and address any potential challenges ahead of time.
We’re committed to making your log cabin delivery as seamless as possible—right down to the final screw being driven.

Your Log Cabin: Delivered and Installed
The Process
The exact details of your delivery process will depend on your log cabin, the size you chose, and your location. The quoted price for your cabin includes delivery and professional installation on your prepared foundation! A representative from Zook will reach out to confirm your specific details.
Your log cabin will be delivered on our trucks. If you are interested in a larger cabin (usually anything longer than 30 ft), we will also use a crane to set your structure into place. This crane ensures precise placement, and minimizes the risk of potential damage to your property and to your new cabin.
Once your log cabin is set, our team will ensure it is fully secured and properly installed by connecting double-wide sections, fastening roofing components, and making any necessary structural adjustments. After that, you’re all set to enjoy your new cabin!
Where Do We Deliver Our Log Cabins?
Zook Cabins delivers our log cabins throughout the continental United States! Based in Pennsylvania, we provide efficient delivery to the Mid-Atlantic region including Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia.
But our service doesn’t stop there! Choose us for a cozy retreat in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee or a classic log cabin in the heart of Kentucky. Dreaming of a cabin in Colorado—maybe a ski lodge near the slopes or a peaceful mountain escape? Or perhaps you’re looking to go even further west into Idaho? Wherever your dreams take you, we’ll deliver your log cabin right to you!

While we currently don’t deliver to Hawaii or Alaska and only deliver Park Model Cabins in California, we offer a wide range of cabins across many other states. Availability may vary by region, so be sure to check if your log cabin is available in your area. If you’re unsure, give us a call—we’ll be happy to explore options and do our best to bring your log cabin dreams to you!
It’s All In The Log-istics
At Zook Cabins, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience! But we can’t do it alone. Your attention and action on preparing your site, obtaining permit applications, and open communication with us ensure a smooth process for everyone. Ensuring these tasks are completed helps to mitigate the risk of damage to your new cabin.
If any damage occurs during delivery due to incomplete site preparations, and the delivery contract has been signed prior to the truck driver’s arrival, the customer assumes responsibility for the damages. Zook Cabins cannot be held liable under such circumstances.
