The A-Frame ADU Specs
The primary difference between the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom ADU specifications is in the dimensions of the units. The 1 Bedroom unit measures 13’9″ x 36′, whereas the 2 Bedroom unit measures 15’9″ x 56′. All other features, including exterior, interior, kitchen, bathroom, and mechanicals, are identical.
